PARVEZ QADIR

Building on my background as an actor and drama lecturer, I work with groups to create theatre pieces exploring themes around identity and community. Often working with other writers to craft a script, I use drama methods to develop confidence and uncover their stories, which we then craft together into a piece of theatre. Past collaborations have included The Royal Exchange Theatre, Touchstones Rochdale and M6 Theatre.

A proud achievement of mine was to set up the Rochdale Youth Theatre which is still going strong today.
